Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our clients, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a rebooking fee per service does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

Late Arrival Policy

If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we’ll have to ask you to reschedule to another day. Please give us a call or text if you know you’re running behind. If it’s not completely booked, I will do what I can to accommodate the time change if possible. 

Service Adjustment Policy

I guarantee my work! I strive to offer my clients the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut/color/smoothing treatment etc. or any services I have done for you, let me know within 7 days of your visit and l be happy to make the adjustment with no additional charge. Service payments are non-refundable.
