CONSULTATION It is best that you book a consultation before booking a corrective color as this service might take any where between 2 - 9 hour in a day. During this service we will talk about the different options we can take to achieve your desired look. Once we have decided on how we are going to correct your hair, you will want to add a COLOR CORRECTIVE HELPER. I will also tell you which one is right for you. Strand Test: A strand test can be done during the consultation. The benefit of this is show us how much your hair can take with the power of lightner and still keep the integrity of your hair. This will tell us a lot!
Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our clients, I require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a rebooking fee per service does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
